Arthur L. Price, a co-founder with Mary Tyler Moore and Grant Tinker of MTM Enterprises Inc., has resigned as president and chief executive after 20 years with the Studio City company. James Gatward, CEO of TVS Entertainment Plc, will assume responsibility for the operations of MTM in the interim. MTM is now a subsidiary of TVS Entertainment.
