University of Florida basketball player Dwayne Schintzius and four former Gator athletes--basketball players Vernon Maxwell, Kenny McClary and Patrick Aaron and football player Tommy Duhart--could be called to testify in a federal cocaine trial, a newspaper reported. They are potential government witnesses in the trial scheduled to begin Monday at U.S. District Court, the Jacksonville Times-Union reported today. The government is charging defendant Berry Bernardo Williams with operating a “party house” frequented by Gator athletes.
