Koll Co.: Lawrence W. Farmer has been named president of the Koll Co.’s new Financial Services Group. He was also appointed president of Koll Realty Advisors, a new subsidiary that provides investment consulting for commercial joint ventures. Previously, Farmer was executive vice president of Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Co.’s income property division, which was acquired by the Koll Co. and renamed Koll Realty Advisors. The Koll Co., based in Newport Beach, is a real estate development, acquisition, management and investment firm.
