OK, so Dan Rather does the news standing up (Critic’s Corner, Oct. 8). What’s the big deal? Now let’s have Tom Brokaw sitting on the floor cross-legged with notes in his lap and Peter Jennings sprawled out in an easy chair with his hands behind his head. These touches definitely should boost ratings for the Big Three!
