Counting the House: The road from prime minister to TV vampire apparently is a short one, at least for Sir Robert Muldoon, former prime minister of New Zealand. He’s going to don white makeup and a sweeping cape to become “Count Robula” on a television series to begin later this month. “I look awful--you won’t be able to look at me. I am really very nice looking, but this is awful,” said the portly politician who led New Zealand for nine years. As “Count Robula,” Muldoon, 69, will introduce classic horror movies on the television series. He has had a string of theatrical roles since he was defeated as prime minister in 1984. “Well, at my time of life I can do things that amuse me, and so I do them from time to time,” he explained.
