The condition of Roy Lee (Chuckie) Mullins, the University of Mississippi defensive back who was paralyzed while making a tackle last week, has been upgraded slightly from serious to serious but stable, and he has shown greater movement in his shoulders and appears more alert, a university spokesman said.
