Give Doctor an Earful

Share

Question: My neighbor’s baby was playing with some beads, and one way or another he got one stuck in his ear. She took the baby to a doctor and, from what she says, the doctor got it out with very little trouble. Since that’s the case, I was wondering if you need a doctor for something as common as that?

Answer: When it comes to removing a foreign object from a child’s ear, I suggest you leave that job to a physician. You can do a lot of damage if you poke around in the ear without knowing what you’re doing.
