Ryan Herco Products Corp., a Burbank distributor of industrial plastics, announced the appointments of Frank A. Gibbs as president and chief operating officer and Lawrence E. King as vice president of sales and marketing. Both men were also elected to the firm’s board of directors. Gibbs formerly managed the company’s San Diego operations, and King managed Anaheim operations.
