Gradco Systems Inc.: The Irvine-based office automation company posted declines in both net earnings and revenue for the second quarter ended Sept. 30. Net income dropped 26%, to $969,000 from $1.3 million for the second quarter last year. Revenue decreased 13%, to $25.4 million from $29.1 million. Six-month net earnings totaled $1.9 million, 22% lower than the $2.5 million posted for the first half last year.
