Off-and-On Funding for Disputed Art Show
Art from the beginning of civilization has been a reflection of the times; whether social, political, educational or familial. So, tell me, why does the NEA feel the need to deny funds for an exhibit dominated by AIDS-related art? Is dying obscene to the average taxpayer?
