Fellow readers and freeway travelers, I would pose two questions. When was the last time you saw a big-rig truck on the freeway exceeding the speed limit? When was the last time you saw a big-rig pulled over by the CHP for such an infraction of the code?
I suggest both answers: to the first, every single day; to the second, never!
