Richard Hall Elected State BIA President

Richard L. Hall of La Linda Homes in Orange has been elected president of the California Building Industry Assn., succeeding Harold A. Boex of Vallejo.

Other new officers are Dennis L. Russell, Den-Ed Russell Inc., San Diego, first vice president; William R. Mazza, Granite/Power Corp., Sacramento, second vice president; O.B. Johnson, Continental Homes, Fresno, treasurer, and Bruce Smith, The Smith Cos., Walnut Creek, secretary.
