Suspect Charged in Santa Ana Slaying
A suspect has been charged with the murder of a Santa Ana man who was shot and killed outside a house that was the scene of a dinner party, authorities reported Sunday.
Martin Marta Aguilar, 47, is being held at Orange County Jail in connection with the death of an unidentified man Saturday night, Police Sgt. George Seleno said.
Aguilar allegedly confronted the victim outside a house in the 1600 block of West 7th Street and the two fought. Aguilar then shot the victim in the upper body before running, Seleno said.
The victim was dead upon arrival at Fountain Valley Hospital and Medical Center.
