Blockbuster Stake on the Block: United Artists Entertainment Co. said it will sell the 12% stake--7.6 million shares--in Blockbuster Entertainment Corp. that it acquired last May as part of its United Cable Television Corp. merger. UAE said the sale is consistent its “ongoing efforts to streamline its assets and dispose of those assets unrelated to its core businesses of cable and theatrical exhibition.”
