POWER TALKS: The Rev. Robert H. Schuller, above, will head for Moscow next week to negotiate a possible Christmas Eve broadcast of his “Hour of Power” TV ministry to the Soviet Union. . . . If the deal is made, Schuller would send a tape of the Crystal Cathedral broadcast to the Soviet Union. “I will be sensitive to the (non-Christian) audience, but I will not fail to mention the name of Christ,” Schuller says. . . . To help negotiate the deal, Schuller said, he’s going with someone who knows a thing or two about the Soviet Union: industrialist Armand Hammer.
