MCA Said to Favor England for New Complex: MCA Inc. is said to be favoring England over Paris for the location of its new film studio and tour complex that will be called Universal City. A planning application is expected to be filed on Monday for the proposed site, which is just outside London at Rainham, Essex. EuroDisneyland already is under construction outside Paris.
