Fleetwood Enterprises Inc.: The nation’s leading producer of motor homes, travel trailers and manufactured housing reported that second-quarter net income dropped 37% from last year to $13.1 million. Revenue fell 10% to $376 million. The Riverside firm attributed results to reduced demand for the company’s products, caused in part by consumers’ concerns about a softening economy, as well as lower margins stemming from competitive market conditions.
