Baker Schedules Major Policy Speech in Berlin

BRUSSELS —
Secretary of State James A. Baker III will fly to Berlin next week to visit the Berlin Wall and make a major speech on U.S. foreign policy, State Department spokesman Margaret D. Tutwiler said today.
On the one-day trip next Tuesday, Baker probably will also go to Bonn, the West German capital, for further talks with leaders of the government, the spokeswoman said.
