Carter Hawley Hale Stores Inc., the Los Angeles-based parent of the Broadway and other retail chains, announced the promotion of Angela Johndreau Perrin to vice president-store planning. Perrin, director of store planning for the company since 1986, will be in charge of modernizing existing stores and planning the construction of new stores.
