Henry Ching has been named European controller for Beckman Instruments’ diagnostic systems group and Tom McDonald has been appointed controller for the Pacific Rim. Both are based at the group’s headquarters in Brea. Beckman Instruments, based in Fullerton, said the appointments were designed to decentralize financial planning, reporting and information systems management.
