Implant Technologies: John J. Quinn has been named vice president of sales and marketing for BioSoft Medical Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Newport Beach-based Implant Technologies Inc. He will also serve as director of sales and marketing for Implant Technologies. Quinn previously was national field sales manager for the Bard MedSystems division of C.R. Bard Inc. Before that, he held management positions with AVI Inc. and Stewart-Riess Laboratories. Implant Technologies manufactures products for specialized medical applications, primarily software systems.
