Deloitte & Touche: Chris Massey has been named office managing partner of the Orange County office of the newly formed accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. Previously, he was managing partner of Touche Ross in Orange County. The new company is the result of a merger of Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Touche Ross.
