Bulgarian Train Derails

SOFIA, Bulgaria —
An express train derailed Monday about 50 miles northeast of Sofia, killing at least 15 people and injuring 100, the official news agency BTA reported. The locomotive and three cars of the Sofia-Varna express jumped the tracks shortly after 8 a.m., the news agency said.
