Wyse Technology Hit With Shareholders Suit: The San Jose personal computer supplier said the suit filed in Delaware could affect the recently announced sale of the company to a group of Taiwanese investors for more than $262 million. The suit alleges that the company’s directors did not consider the interests of shareholders while evaluating how to handle the future course of the company. Wyse said it is reviewing the complaint.
