Man Shot to Death by Police Identified
WESTMINSTER —
Police have identified the young man fatally shot by police officers Thursday night as they hunted for suspects in a drive-by shooting earlier that evening.
Henry Perez Torres Jr., 18, died early Friday at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center, Westminster Police Lt. Larry Woessner said Saturday.
