George Von Arx has been promoted from executive vice president to president of Kilsby-Roberts Holding Co., a Brea-based distributor of steel and aluminum tubing and specialty bars. He retains the position of chief operating officer. Von Arx succeeds Neven C. Hulsey, chairman and chief executive, as president. In addition, Graham P. Kilsby, formerly senior vice president administration, was named senior vice president and chief information officer. William E. Dale, chief financial officer, was also appointed senior vice president.
