Need for Specialist

After receiving several calls from residential brokers, I wanted to clarify my position regarding residential brokerage. Residential brokerage is indeed a serious career. I fact, I’ve relied on the profession for all of my residential transactions, on both the listing and selling sides.
What I attempted to explain to writer Ron Galperin “Residential Brokers Compete for Commercial Clients” (Dec. 10), is that the commercial and residential brokerage business is different . The details of each profession are extensive, and for a commercial or residential client to be properly serviced, the client needs to be represented by a serious specialist in that market niche.
