Lyon Co. Executive Wins BIA Honors

Jim Bailey of Newport Beach, senior vice president of the William Lyon Co., has received the prestigious “Builder of the Year”’ award from the Baldy Region of the Building Industry Assn.

A veteran of more than 25 years in real estate development, Bailey engineered as project manager, the participating builder program at the 2,000-acre master-planned community of Victoria in Rancho Cucamonga. The project will have 7,000 homes at build-out.
