Zenith Electronics Corp., the only U.S.-owned color TV manufacturer, has completed the $496.4-million sale of its computer business to Groupe Bull of France . . . Embattled Australian conglomerate Bond Corp. Holdings Ltd. said it plans to sell its Australian brewing assets to Bell Resources Ltd., a debt-plagued subsidiary, for $1.6 billion ($2 billion Australian).
