Pomona : Swearing-In Ceremony
City Administrator Julio Fuentes will be formally sworn into office at a ceremony at the City Council meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at City Hall.
The meeting will include an opportunity for the public to meet Fuentes, who became city administrator two weeks ago. Fuentes, 33, was hired by the council after a unanimous vote in November. Administrator A. J. Wilson was fired last May.
Fuentes served for more than two years as city administrator in Azusa and held administrative positions in Monrovia and Cypress. He earned a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Southern California.
