TRAVEL PLANS? George Rebella, manager of John Wayne Airport, is one of two finalists for the job of airport manager in San Jose. . . . If Rebella heads north, he’ll be succeeding another John Wayne alumnus, Raul Regalado, who left the position last summer. Some other things won’t change: The Northern California hub will soon open a new terminal.
