GOOD BOX OFFICE: Ron Kovic, the Vietnam vet whose life is chronicled in the new film “Born on the Fourth of July,” might examine last weekend’s box office receipts before deciding whether to challenge Rep. Robert K. Dornan (R-Garden Grove). . . . Although two local outlets showing the film almost topped all L.A.-Orange County theaters, neither was in Dornan’s 38th Congressional District. . . . One of the lowest weekend grosses was at the UA Westminster, home to many of the district’s Vietnamese.
