CALIFORNIA IN BRIEF : FT. IRWIN : Army Probes Fatal Helicopter Crash

Military safety investigators are seeking clues to the cause of the crash of a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter that killed its four-man crew. The Army identified those killed as Lt. Christopher Moss, 24, of Crown Point, Ind.; Chief Warrant Officer Bruce J. Marchetti, 30, of Simsbury, Conn.; Sgt. Kenneth R. Hall, 25, of St. Louis, and Pfc. Donald Mitchell, 19, of Crestline, Calif. The copter went down in a remote section of the Ft. Irwin Army base in the Mojave Desert, a base spokesman said.
