Covina : Planning, Zoning Fees Set
The City Council approved five new fees for city planning and zoning services Monday, including a landscape inspection fee that will cost developers $650 or more per project.
The city will now charge $1,100 for zoning ordinance amendments, $450 for minor amendments to subdivision maps, $350 for changes to planned community development proposals and $65 for some transfers of alcoholic beverage licenses.
Previously, there had been no charge for the services.
