DIZZY LAND: The talk of the funnies lately has been cartoonist Berke Breathed, whose “Outland” strip has targeted Disney Chairman Michael Eisner. . . . Eisner, who earned $9 million in 1989, was shown Sunday with stacks of money and ordering up a sequel to Disney’s “stripper movie ‘Blaze.’ ” What provoked Breathed? “I think it was a story that said Eisner was more Disney than Walt was, and all they meant was that he was making more money. It was ludicrous.” . . . In fact, Breathed confesses, “I’m a huge Disney fan.” As for Eisner, a spokesman said: “I don’t think he reads it. I don’t think he even cares.”
