Gray Appointed to Municipal Bench

Torrance attorney Dudley W. Gray II has been appointed a South Bay municipal judge by Gov. George Deukmejian.
Gray, 37, was born in Gardena and graduated from Miraleste High School in 1970. He is a graduate of the College of Idaho and received his law degree from the University of Idaho. He is a member of the South Bay Bar Assn., the Idaho State Bar Assn., the Los Angeles County Bar Assn. and the State Bar of California.
Gray has practiced law in Torrance for 10 years with his father, Dudley Gray Sr., and brother, Jeffrey Gray. He lives in Rancho Palos Verdes with his wife, Laurie, and two sons.
Gray took his judicial oath Jan. 25. He replaces Municipal Judge Gary E. Daigh, who was elevated to Los Angeles County Superior Court.
