Beverly Enterprises Inc.: The Pasadena-based operator of nursing facilities, pharmacies, retirement living centers and home health centers said it posted a loss of $104.2 million for 1989, compared to a loss of $23.9 million the previous year. The company noted that it had pretax restructuring charges of about $128.4 million in 1989 and $27 million in 1988. Revenue was up slightly to $2.1 billion from $2 billion in 1988.
