Edelman Obtains Papers for 5th Term

Los Angeles County Supervisor Ed Edelman, who represents the Westside and parts of the Eastside and San Fernando Valley, took out nominating papers Monday to seek a fifth term.
The Democrat picked up the documents on the first day of the filing period at the office of the county registrar-recorder in Commerce. He has until March 9 to return them along with the $898 filing fee and at least 20 nominating signatures.
