Jewish Council Offers Scholarships to Women

The National Council of Jewish Women, Los Angeles Section, is offering $500 scholarships in two categories--women 35 or older who are returning to school to learn marketable skills and women entering or enrolled in a nursing program.
Requests for applications should be sent with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to NCJW, 543 N. Fairfax Ave., Los Angeles 90036, by March 2. Information: Joyce Canfiled, (213) 651-2930.
