Two brothers who operate businesses in Burbank and North Hollywood pleaded guilty Wednesday to felony charges of selling used circuit breakers labeled as if they were new to nuclear power plants.

Carlos and Isidro Trevino, owners of California Breakers Inc. of North Hollywood and ATS Circuit Breakers Inc. of Burbank, admitted to two counts of using counterfeit labels to falsely identify the circuit breakers.

Thirty of the used breakers were sold to the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power plant in Northern California in February, 1988, and 10 were sold to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station in Arizona in February, 1985.
