Internal Revenue Service officials have documented that former Cincinnati Red Manager Pete Rose may have underpaid his taxes by more than $100,000 between 1985 and 1987, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reported. The newspaper reported that Rose did not report income of about $250,000 during that time, most of the money coming from baseball card shows and sales or memorabilia.
