Boy Playing With Matches Burns Face
EL TORO —
An 8-year-old boy suffered second-degree burns to his face after he apparently set a cologne bottle on fire, authorities said.
The boy, whose name was withheld because of his age, was playing with matches at his home in the 24600 block of Jutewood Place. The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m.
