* Susan Lech-Nagele has been appointed vice president, group medical director, for PM Group Life Insurance Co.’s employee benefits administration. Before joining the Fountain Valley company, she was with Cost Care Inc., a utilization review and catastrophic case management organization. Lech-Nagele has also been medical director of employee health services at St. Joseph Hospital in Orange.
