Southern California Gas Co. has named four new vice presidents as part of a plan to consolidate departments and realign functions. Nancy I. Day, 44, currently division manager for the utility’s Torrance-based South Coastal division, has been named vice president-regulatory affairs. Mark C. Pocino, 45, manager of engineering services, has been named vice president-gas supply. W. E. (Bill) Miller, 52, director of planning, has been named vice president-distribution divisions. Lee M. Stewart, 44, manager of supply operations and analysis, has been named assistant vice president-transmission divisions. Stewart will become vice president when Tom Harlan retires Nov. 1.
