Get Well, Sammy: You can wish Sammy Davis Jr. a speedy recovery by calling (900) 328-2800 and leaving a message. As the sponsors of the well-wishing, “Entertainment Tonight” will put the transcriptions of the messages together in an effort to make America’s largest get well card. ET has received 23,000 calls since Sunday. Calls can be made through Thursday noon at 95 cents per call. Profits will be donated to the charity of Davis’ choice.
