Bomb Maims Judge

MADRID —
Spain’s top anti-terrorist judge lost both hands when a parcel bomb exploded at his Madrid home Tuesday.
Fernando de Mateo Lage, 60, head of the court that handles all terrorism cases, is in critical condition, hospital sources said.
