Medical Imaging Centers of America will develop and manage a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging center for Valley Medical Center in Renton, Wash., the companies said.

“This is our first joint venture with a public hospital district, further supporting our commitment to the development and management of hospital-affiliated imaging services,” said MICA Chairman Antone J. Lazos.
