COMING: About 75 disabled Canadian kids whose greatest wish is to see Disneyland have a special permit to land at John Wayne Airport on April 11. . . . Airport officials will waive weight and noise requirements for the Air Canada 737-200 jet, chartered by the Sunshine Foundation of Canada, which grants the “dreams” of ill and dying children.
