Wang to Sell Subsidiary

Troubled computer company Wang Laboratories Inc. said today it has agreed to sell its InteCom Inc. subsidiary, a producer of communications switching systems, to Matra SA’s subsidiary, Matra Communication. Terms were not disclosed.
