Quake Hits Eastern Idaho

DENVER —
A minor earthquake of magnitude 3.9 shook eastern Idaho but caused no damage, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Geological Survey said Monday. The temblor nine minutes before midnight Sunday was felt by residents of the Jackson, Wyo., area near the Idaho line, the spokeswoman said.
